  • Your access to this site constitutes your agreement to be bound by both the Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
  • You may access and/or use the content of this site only for the purposes of teaching and/or training children on personal safety skills.
  • Any person or organisation found to be intentionally misusing the site/programme will have their full access to the site/programme revoked without refund of fee.
  • You consent to the collection, storage and use of you/your organisations information by Deaf Children Australia as part of the licence purchasing process.
  • The material displayed on this site, including without limitation, all the information, text, materials, graphics, tools, names, logos, and software are protected by copyright, trade mark and intellectual property law unless expressly indicated otherwise on the site.
  • You must not use the site/programme or the content in any manner or for any purpose which is illegal or prohibited by any laws that apply to you/your organisation or violates Deaf Children Australia’s rights in any way.
  • You must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, download onto a computer, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute the content of this site/programme in any way except as expressly provided for in these terms or without express prior written consent.
  • You must not use the content obtained from any part of this site for commercial purposes without obtaining written authority from Deaf Children Australia.
  • Where indicated you may display, print out materials and copy them for use within a classroom setting or in your professional private practice for the sole purpose of teaching personal safety skills to children.
  • The licensee is solely responsible for the security of and access to the programme material through its computer system.
  • You must not disseminate your or your organisations username/password to any other person or organisation.
  • The licence fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The licensee is responsible for complying with all legislative, regulatory and other government requirements for itself and its users in connection with the use of the site and programme materials.
  • The licensee cannot assign any or all of its rights, benefits or obligations under their licence without the prior written consent of Deaf Children Australia.
  • The licensee is governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria and agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of any court applying to those laws.
  • The licensee accepts that the Terms of Use and Disclaimer can be modified by Deaf Children Australia at any time by notice in writing.
  • The licensee agrees to participate at Deaf Children Australia’s request, in any site/programme feedback or evaluation process whilst they have a licence and up to 12 months following the expiry of their licence.
  • You must immediately notify Deaf Children Australia if you have reason to believe that your password is no longer secure (due to theft/loss).
  • As a licensee, you agree to be contacted by Deaf Children Australia from time to time for the purposes of product support and promotion.
  • You accept that Deaf Children Australia will be able to monitor the details of your access and usage of this site/programme.
  • The Safe Programme website is governed by Deaf Children Australia's corporate privacy policy and quality assurance system.
